RETURNS/ EXCHANGES

Regular priced items can be returned for store credit only. All items must be returned within 15 days after the delivery date or in-store purchase date.

Item(s) must:

  • Be postdated on or before the 15th day
  • Have the original tags attached and show no signs of usage
  • Include the packing slip/invoice that came with order 

If you received your item damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

SALE ITMES AND JEWELRY ARE FINAL SALEand not eligible for return or exchange.

If you ship back a return without an authorization, we may not be able to apply your store credit. Please allow 3-4 business days for returns to be processed and credit to be applied.
