Q: When will my order ship? And how long will it take? 

A: Your order will be shipped out within 1-2 business days of placing it.  Please note, we do not ship out on the weekends.  We do use USPS First Class or Priority depending on the weight of the package.

First Class can take 1-10 business days / Priority can take 1-3 business days

Q: How do I track my order? 

A: Once your order is shipped out, you will receive an email with tracking information.  Please use this to track your package.  We are not responsible for lost or missing packages if it tracks as ‘delivered’. 

Q: I have not received my package yet? 

A:  USPS is experiencing delays due to the Covid pandemic. Please give USPS 10 business days to deliver your package.  If you don’t receive your package after the 10 business days, please email us at hello@shopmovida.com

 Q: Do you have a store front or a place to pick up my order? 

A:  We do not have a store front at this time. However, we do have a warehouse in the Dallas Design District. You are more than welcome to stop by and pick up your order. Please let us know by email immediately after you place the order, so we can pull your order for pick up.

Q: How do I return or exchange my item(s)? 

A:  If you are unsatisfied with your order, please email us at hello@shopmovida and let us know why.  We do accept returns for store credit only.  You can either ship it back to us (with authorization #) or drop it off at our warehouse during open hours. Please see our RETURNS/ EXCHANGES page for more information.
